We received a family room instead of the double room we booked so we had loads of space and extra facilities, ie fridge and microwave. The room and bathroom were very clean and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. For the price the location is exceptional, like walking out onto a film set. I think anyone who complains about the hotel is totally unaware of the prices of staying in London. If you're on a budget this is a brilliant hotel, if you want a more luxury hotel then you need to consider adding another £1000 to your budget.

Absolutely fabulous location to explore the city centre, that's the main advantage of this accommodation. Plus very convenient price. We also appreciated small fridge and microwave in the room. From that on, it is budget accommodation indeed - if you are fine with that and want to use it as a sleepover place while spending most of day out, go for it. I get that having a small room to contain six people carries some understandable limitations (like no shelves or drawers and thus living from the suitcase). But some of the budget cuts are just from a lack of trying, imho, and could be easily improved if there is a will (like having three coat hangers in a room for six people or no towel hooks at all in the bathroom). Also a mini foldable table with 2-3 mini foldable chairs would do miracles to improve the room experience.

This hotel is located at the heart of London, with everything in a walkable distance. Victoria's station is right next to it, so transportation from the airport to the hotel is a breeze (we would recommend taking a bus). You can walk anywhere you want and the area surrounding it is very lively, so you'll feel safe at all times. There's also a "mall" about two blocks away where you can get groceries or eat (we SUPER RECOMMEND GDK!). The room by itself is okay, we were a little bit worried about other reviews talking about limited space, but honestly, it shouldn't determine if you stay here or not. The space was okay and it was not a significant issue for us. For me, this place is really worth your money, since the location is great, the staff are very nice and the room was cozy!

Frankly speaking, I am not very sure why they are many negative reviews here. I have got a room on the ground floor, overlooking the street. The atmosphere was lovely, fully immersed in the Belgravia neighbourhood. Plus, the street itself is tranquil and quiet. The room was very clean and pleasant, the bathroom was fresh and tidy, the bed was large (more than enough for two people). There was a heater in the room. The maid had left the heater for me on, so it was a very warm welcome (literally). Moreover, there are legendary cafes around (right next door), the Buckingham Palace is just 15 minutes away on foot, the Victoria Tube Station and the Coach Terminal are a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The best value for money in the city centre of London. Thus, I will deffo be back :)

Excellent location with easy access to everywhere interesting in London. The price is quite accessible as well, when taking into account It's location. Most of the staff were pretty friendly Had an room upgrade for some reason, so I had the entire suite for myself!

Great location, close to Victoria Station, and close to the bus from/to airport. The towels were changed on daily basis, excepting the weekend. The hotel and the room was clean, and despite the air conditioning was missing we have at least a fan. We had a clean toilet and bathroom, with proper water temperature at the shower. The receptionists were kind and open to fix the reported problems.

Probably our best stay ever! Amazing historical small hotel. Beautiful, thoughtful, best breakfast ever we had in any hotels (included). We were absolutely impressed with the quality of this place. Location couldn’t be better too. 3 min from Market square. Owner and staff are so nice! One thing to mention for future travelers. Check in time required before 9pm, but it is hard to find in the description, hope they’ll update. If you planning to arrive after 9pm as we did, please call the property upfront. Otherwise owner live nearby, but she prefer heads up. And this is totally understandable.

Location was great, close to many shops, pubs, restaurants, bus station, train station and underground tube. Price was really affordable. Communication was quick and easy.

I stayed in room E3, it was on the first floor and easily accessible for me (I'm an abled person). There is no elevator. The room was quite small (we did not have suitcases but small backpacks) but it had everything necessary for a 4 night stay. A mini fridge, an electric kettle, some tea and coffee, a hair drier, a shower and toilet, hangers, a small locker for the clothes. Very convenient! It also has a tv which was nice since we could watch some Griffins there!! The hotel provided us with a couple of towels and one they we left and came back and found our bed with new clean sheets and new towels. In the bathroom there was also shower gel and hand soap. The room had heating so we really enjoyed the warmth after being out in the cold. The hotel is not even 10 min walk from Victoria Train station and 5 min from Victoria coach station. Super central.

The hotel is in the perfect location for a solo traveller. Located near Victoria train and underground station. It is a decent value for money for a leisurely stay on a budget, especially compared to other hotels in the area or in Central London in general.
